Biography

The Master Artist Gnanaprakasam Sthabathy was born on 19th June 1984 in Ambur, Tamil Nadu, South India. Ambur is a beautiful town surrounded by Mountains and Many number of waterfalls. He was an art lover from his childhood onwards. It’s because of his family tradition.  His family business is Wood sculptures and Architecture.  His father taught him Architecture, Sculpture when he turned eight years old. From that day onwards he was very much interested in Paintings throughout his life. He graduated in BFA, MFA in Government College of Fine Arts, Chennai in 2008. He participated in many National and International watercolor painting shows and won many awards and recognition in National and International levels.

In the view of Artist Painting was the first language of Human beings. Paintings are silent language to convey messages to society or someone in a simple powerful method. Paintings describe the whole scenario without any language or description. He believed in the Universal power which enabled him to do his painting works in a unique way. All of his paintings are own creation of his imagination. He expelled his thoughts through his beautiful paintings.
